Padelife Code of Conduct

1. Right of Admission

The club reserves the right of admission. No unauthorised entry is permitted.

2. Court and Facility Rules

No smoking, drinking, or eating is allowed on the padel courts. No metal studs or inappropriate footwear are permitted on the courts. Players and visitors must respect the club's facilities and maintain cleanliness at all times.

3. Assumption of Risk and Liability

All persons entering the club premises or using its facilities do so entirely at their own risk. The owners, tenants, and operators of the property and facilities, including their directors, agents, and employees, shall not be liable for any injury, death, or loss or damage to property, whether due to negligence, recklessness, or any other cause.

By entering the property or using the facilities, all individuals waive any claims against the club and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners, tenants, and operators from any liability, claims, or expenses resulting therefrom.

4. Supervision of Minors

Children under 14 years must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian. The club and its operators shall not be responsible for the supervision or safety of any children, regardless of age, under any circumstances.

5. Prohibited Items and Conduct

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. All members and visitors must adhere to respectful behaviour towards fellow players and staff. Abusive language or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

6. Photography and Media

Any photographs or videos taken by the club's owners, tenants, operators, or official photographers on the property may be used on social media platforms or for promotional purposes without compensation, credit, or consideration to any individuals captured in the content.

By entering the property and using the facilities, all individuals acknowledge and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct. Failure to adhere may result in removal from the premises or further action as deemed necessary by club management.
